Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting for the Members of the Samoa Institute of Accountants for the year ended 31 December 2024 will be held at the Taumeasina Island Resort Conference centre on Friday, 28^th March 2025 at 3:00pm.

3. To receive and discuss the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of 2024
4. To receive and discuss the President’s Report for 2024
5. To receive and approve the Institute’s Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 and the Budget for 2025 financial year
6. To elect an Auditor for 2025
7. To confirm new fellow members
8. To elect a Council for 2025
9. To elect the following office bearers from the elected council;
   1. President
   2. Vice President
   3. Treasurer
   4. Secretary
10. General matters

Nominations of seven (7) Council members must be received by Friday 20^th March 2025 no later than 4:00pm.  Nominations must be in writing and require the endorsement by two (2) members qualified to vote at the election and the consent of the nominee.  Nominations may be hand delivered to the Secretariat at level 3, SNPF Building or via email to This email address is being protected from spambots.
